just tried it out this weekend .. was disappointed with the service though got to admit, the food quality was there.
Went there around 10ish, waited first 15mins trying to get the waiter's attention which they themselves did not know what they were doing. We were not served with any plates / chopsticks. The waitress took our order and never even asked us what tea we wanted!
Waited another 15mins for our food which never arrived. Our neighboring tables collected their own food which seems so much faster.
We went to the counter to find out 70% of the items we ordered / wanted to try were not available. Even the Steamed Pork Buns were not available!
I think we had 3-4 plates of 2-3 items which fitted our appetite. When I was at the counter paying, a lady was paying her bill of ONE plate of dim sum.
Many people incl myself left out of frustration. Penangites are willing to pay the price for such dim sum but they better buckle up their service else they're loosing their current recognition you bloggers have set up for them.
I might give them 3months to buckle up or to maintain the mess they're doing now and reducing the price they've put.
went there last week and had the same experience as the previous comment.....
besides that the lady selling the dimsum is very rude....i ask some questions like what is this made of....she rudely says "vege lah"
also as a new customer i did not know i need to bring the card to the counter to order dimsum.....she rudely told me "no card how to order"?
wanted to quarrel with her but no point.....will spoil my day....
one word sums the price up....
food court experience for restaurant price!!!
