Food Promotions team turns four this year and to celebrate the occasion, we went to dine at Morganfield’s at Gurney Paragon Penang.

The trio of Morganfield’s most famous appetizers, Spicy Chicken Wings, Russet Potato Skins & Corn Tortilla Chips served with your choice of dip (Crab & Spinach Dip) or (Chili Concarne).

Morganfield’s signature dish – “Sticky Bones”, is a truly authentic, old fashioned prime pork rib slow-cooked and and smoked in coal and hickory wood to a tender mouthwatering perfection, then basted with the gluey sweet and tangy hickory flavored barbeque sauce with a hint of cider.

There are 3 choices: Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs, Tuscan Baked Spicy Spare Ribs, Smoke Peppercon Spare Ribs

We ordered the classic Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs. The most tender, succulent & hearty pork ribs in town! Slow-cooked with hickory smoke, grilled & basted with Hickory BBQ sauce. Served with French fries and coleslaw.

Smokehouse Bacon Cheeseburger RM23.90

Home-made pork burger patty, grilled to perfection & served with French fries. Grilled and glazed with Hickory BBQ sauce, topped with Cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and crispy pork bacon.

Moist, warm chocolate cake filled with rich chocolate cream, served with vanilla ice cream & caramel sauce.

Our overall dining experience was great. We loved the Sticky Bones. We advise to skip the dessert for a glass of wine! Don't forget to sign your bill with Standard Chartered card to enjoy 15% on total bill (excluding alcoholic drinks).
